As of January 1, 2025, and continuing to the present, Mr. Guillot, who is widely recognized as a National Civil Rights Activist and National EEO Advocate has achieved notable success in EEOC investigations.

Mr. Guillot has played a pivotal role in securing countless EEOC Cause Findings for Charging Parties whom he represented during the investigation stage. His exceptional ability to identify and present critical supporting evidence has not only strengthened cases, but has often been the key factor in their favorable outcomes.

Through close collaboration with the Charging Parties and meticulous attention to minor details, Mr. Guillot has consistently demonstrated his commitment to hold employers accountable. His unique talent for detecting even the most subtle forms of evidence has made a meaningful impact, helping numerous individuals receive the acknowledgment and the justice they deserve.
